Have you ever wondered why so many parents pray for their children, yet so many young people still struggle to know God for themselves? I have. My name is Ujunwa Ohuche Uwadimma, And the story of ERGASIA began with a burden God placed on my heart..
Growing up in a Christian home, I experienced the power of prayer firsthand. Today, I am privileged to serve as the Convener and one of the pioneers of Zion Crystal Altar, a prayer movement where parents gather regularly to intercede for their children and families. As the Convener of the Zion Crystal Altar Movement, carrying out God's instructions is my highest priority.. I firmly believe that when God entrusts us with an assignment, our responsibility is not to question His ability to provide, but to respond in obedience. This commitment to following God's leading has been the foundation of every step of my journey and ultimately led to the birth of ERGASIA. And it's not just us. Across the world, countless parents are praying, fasting, and trusting God for their sons and daughters. But as I looked around, I noticed something that deeply troubled me.
Many children knew about God because of their parents, but they did not truly know Him for themselves. They attended church because they were told to. They could recite Bible stories and participate in Christian activities, yet many had not developed a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. When challenges came, when peer pressure arose, and when the influences of the world competed for their attention, many struggled to stand firm in their faith. That reality weighed heavily on my heart. So I began gathering children for Bible studies, helping them understand God's Word, discover their identity in Christ, and build a personal relationship with Him. Then one day, during a time of prayer, the Lord asked me a question that changed everything:
Uncovering the hidden wisdom and word of the lord often begins with quiet reflection, diligent study of the scriptures, And prayer for divine revelation. The bible note that while "Secret things belong to the Lord" the wisdom he has revealed is a guide for our lives.
God’s overarching mission for us is to love, serve, and glorify Him by embodying His grace.
Do you know how much the world is investing to pull My children away from Me? And how much are My people investing to bring them back?
I could not shake that question. Then the Lord gave me a clear instruction:
"Organize a boot camp for the children."
At first, the assignment seemed overwhelming.
But when God gives a vision, He also provides the grace to carry it out.
As we prepared to register the ministry, the name I originally wanted was unavailable.
While praying and searching for direction, I came across a Greek word:
It is rarely a sudden, fully mapped-out blueprint. Instead, it usually starts as a quiet stirring, a deep conviction, or a fragile seed of purpose. It is an invitation to partner with Him, bringing supernatural stamina, clarity, and direction for the future
There is frequently a long, quiet "growing season" between receiving the vision and its fulfillment. This time serves as preparation, not a denial of the promise.
